One family member expressed, “I could not ask for better care. They [staff] phone about any changes and are very good to him [relative]. He seems very happy here.”
  • Wellbeing and Activities: The inspection highlighted the individualised care approach and the rich activities programme tailored to resident preferences, promoting community connections and personal fulfilment.
  • Leadership and Staff: The report praised the leadership and the skilled, caring staff team for their motivation and commitment to continuous improvement and training.
