Development Plan for Operators

The Home Development Plan is the living document that drives continuous improvement in the service. This document provides a central point for all the actions identified as necessary to achieve the safe and effective management of the care home. Issues identified during the monthly Quality Monitoring, the IMPaCT audits, by external bodies, or by the Manager are included in this SMART action plan to ensure that nothing is missed and that nothing takes longer than it should. Access to the plan via the Portal system allows everyone the opportunity to see what actions are outstanding and who is tasked with completing them and by when. Task lists associated with the action plans can be produced for individuals simply by selecting the role and the time period covered thus aiding in the monitoring of progress.
